Booking Your Dog’s Stay

If you are new to us, we’ll invite you for a free meet and greet so we can get to know your dog – their personality, routine, diet and any special needs.


Vaccinations and Health Requirements


We can only accept dogs with:

Up-to-date core vaccinations, including Kennel Cough vaccine.

Current flea and worm treated.

Please bring proof of vaccination with you when you arrive.

Dogs showing any signs of illness will be unable to board.


Check-In and Collection Times


Check-In: Between 5pm – 7pm.

Check-Out: Before 12pm.


If you would like to check in earlier than 12pm, the previous night must be booked.

Collections between 5-7pm are charged as an extra night because we’ll be preparing for the next arrival.


What to Bring


Enough food for your dog’s stay

Lead, collar and ID tag.

Any medication or supplements

A favourite toy or blanket (optional) Please label all items clearly.


During their Stay


Your dog will have their own comfortable kennel, plenty of exercise, and attention throughout the day.

We’ll follow your feeding and care instructions closely.

Extra care is provided for elderly, nervous dogs and those with physical limitations.


Emergencies


If your dog becomes unwell or injured, we’ll contact you straight away.

If we can’t reach you, well take your dog to the agreed vet to ensure prompt care.

If any behavioural issues arise, we’ll handle them calmly and professionally, and keep you informed.


Special Needs Dogs


If your dog has medical needs, anxiety, or mobility issues, just let us know.

We’ll make sure they get the extra time and care they deserve.
